CHECK IN

4:00 PM - 11:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.

CHECK OUT

10:30 AM.

UPON ARRIVAL

Upon arrival you will cross a bridge with a gate. The gate is unlocked and will need to be manually opened. Please close the gate once you have pulled through to keep our animals safe. You will be greeted by two large white dogs that will bark but are friendly. Their names are Ace and Ada. In the event that we will not be able to greet you, we will contact you with the self-check-in information.

SMOKING

Absolutely No Smoking or vaping is allowed inside. However, designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

CHILDREN

Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Children ages 2 and under stay free.

Children should never be left unattended. For their safety, an adult must accompany all children when playing or exploring the grounds.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT & INFORMATION

All credit card information is stored securely. Payment in full will be processed 24 hours before arrival date.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

This is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 3 (three) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation less 50% payment in full. Reservations cancelled within 24 hours will require payment in full.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than three (3) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A 30-day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICIES

Gift certificates must be presented at check-in along with a valid driver's license. Gift certificates are transferable. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. Multiple night certificates must be used continuously.
